peopleProviding a happy, healthy work environment is a priority.

Being a repair technician at Hoernis Auto Body is a career for life.  In an industry with a reputation of a high turnover rate for employees, Hoernis management is proud that the average length of service at our shop is over 15 years. All of our employees receive ongoing training to keep up-to-date with changes in vehicle designs. They are all also graduates of Hoernis Auto Body's quality repair program, which ensures they all stay committed to satisfying each individual customer's needs.

We know that the way we treat our employees will reflect in the service they provide our customers. We make it a point to provide a clean and healthy work environment for our employees so they will want to stay employed with us for years to come. Our bright, clean shop is a welcoming environment and we work with certified green paints so the fumes are less harmful for those in our shop that handle paints on a daily basis. We have also invested in technology so our technicians can have access to some of the best equipment in the industry, an investment that has not only helped our quality of work but also the modernized skills of our staff.

MG 3167We are locally owned and operated.

In an industry that is undergoing rapid consolidation, we have chosen to remain independent. It’s a challenge to compete against bigger companies that come into town and make deals with your insurance company. We are proud of our place in the community, and will continue to provide top wages and benefits to our employees, while maintaining high quality repairs for you.
